When you are done, choose a professional template and download a clean PDF you can send with confidence.

Built for job seekers who want a clearer, more relevant resume without signing up for another account or fighting a bloated editor.

Choose a resume style that fits the role.

Every template uses the same structured resume data, but the layout, hierarchy, spacing, and section treatment are different. Pick the version that best matches the job, industry, and level of experience.

How Resume Assist works

1

Upload your resume

Start with a PDF, DOCX, or TXT version of your current resume. The rewrite stays grounded in what you provide.

2

Paste the job description

Paste the full job posting so Resume Assist can align your resume with the role, responsibilities, and keywords that matter.

3

Review up to five drafts

Each paid session includes up to five rewrite drafts, so you can refine the wording without starting over.

4

Download a clean PDF

Choose a template and export a professional, selectable-text PDF built from sanitized resume data.

Sharper wording. Same real experience.

Resume Assist is designed to improve clarity, relevance, and formatting. It should not invent employers, credentials, dates, degrees, certifications, job titles, tools, metrics, or responsibilities.

  • Rewrites are grounded in your uploaded resume
  • Job description keywords are used only when supported by your experience
  • Unsupported claims should be flagged, not added
  • Final PDFs should remain selectable and easy to read

Resume Assist FAQ

How much does Resume Assist cost?

Resume Assist costs $5 per resume session. Each paid session includes up to five rewrite drafts and a final PDF download.

Do I need an account?

No. Resume Assist does not require an account. After payment, you receive access to a private resume session link.

What file types are supported?

Resume Assist supports PDF, DOCX, and TXT resumes. If local OCR is enabled on the server, scanned PDFs can also be processed.

Can I use a job posting URL?

For reliability, Resume Assist uses pasted job description text instead of trying to scrape job posting URLs. This keeps the rewrite grounded in the exact role you provide.

Will Resume Assist invent experience?

No. Resume Assist should rewrite and format the experience you provide. It should not invent employers, dates, job titles, degrees, certifications, tools, metrics, or qualifications.

Are the PDFs ATS-safe?

The default export should be clean, readable, and selectable. Avoid image-only resumes, heavy graphics, and decorative layouts that make the resume harder to parse.
